Wheatway Solutions Joins the Open-S Alliance

Leading Manufacturer of Polyurethane Star Screening Solutions Becomes the First British Manufacturer to Join the Open-S Alliance

Wheatway Solutions has officially joined the Open-S Alliance, becoming the first British manufacturer to join the independent organisation behind the Open-S standard for automatic couplers for excavators.

The company’s flagship brand, Gyru-Star Compact Screening Systems, is a long-standing market leader in polyurethane star screening. As part of this development, Gyru-Star screening buckets will now be available with dedicated Open-S quick couplers, manufactured under the company's Kustom Konnect brand. This will enable seamless compatibility with any Open-S compliant quick coupler system or tiltrotator, regardless of brand.

The move extends beyond the Gyru-Star product line. Attachments produced under Wheatway Solutions’ other brands will also be offered with Open-S coupler options, further enhancing their adaptability.
